Detailed Product Description

The opening of the insert of the bipolar head is designed with ultra radius (more than half a sphere in shape). The insert made from UHMW-PE is pressed in with a special designed instrument through plastic deformation. In this way it is very difficult for the bipolar head to be slipped out from the insert.
The insert is designed as a monolithic part, so to decrease the wear of the UHMW-PE to the furthest.
The outer cup of the bipolar head is fine polished and the concave surface of the insert is treated smoothly. (The two interfaces can be rotated, so to increase the degree of the motion.)
It is packed in a vacuum pouch and is only supplied sterilized.
